What is needed now is a young person with the ability to face non predictable situations, able to understand his/her “talent” and able to develop quickly a professional and personal point of view.
The project will develop new ways of cross sectorial cooperation on national and international level in the field of Career guidance, with the aim to provide Best Practice Exchange in the field of Career guidance, suggesting a logic framework to be used further on.
Project expected results:
- Local Stakeholders collaboration networks in each country
- Questionnaires for situation analysis
- Situation analysis in each participating country related to career guidance
- First seminar implemented
- Best practice Exchange
- The framework for the international - comprehensive (blended) training course including list of useful materials.
Target Group:
Primary: youth workers, teachers, counselors, educators, advisers
Secondary: Young people 13-30
By exchanging experience and good practice, there will be topics addressed:
- Career guidance as a tool to solve the problems of youth
unemployment and labour market;
- Comparison of achievements and shortages regarding
career guidance in the partners’ countries;
- Created framework for innovative training program - as a solution
to empower those working in career
guidance field
